Question 1

Do you ship worldwide?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ship worldwide from Switzerland, and delivery is free. Ready-made pieces are dispatched within 1 day and arrive in 5-10 days. Made-to-order pieces need production first and usually arrive in 2-3 weeks.

Question 2

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Ready-made pieces are dispatched within 1 day and arrive in 5-10 days. Made-to-order pieces usually arrive in 2-3 weeks, including production. Size adjustments and fully customised pieces take longer. You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Question 3

What are the shipping costs?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is free on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Question 4

How do I care for my Afghan dress?

Accepted Answer

Dry clean only for dresses with heavy embroidery or embellishments. For lighter pieces, hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid wringing or twisting. Air dry flat away from direct sunlight. Iron on low heat on the reverse side.

Question 5

Can I wash embroidered dresses at home?

Accepted Answer

We strongly recommend professional dry cleaning for dresses with Zardozi embroidery, mirror work, or extensive embellishments to preserve the delicate handwork. For simpler pieces, gentle hand washing in cold water is acceptable.
