Q: Can I request a custom or personalised dress?
Yes! We love custom orders. You can request specific colours, embroidery styles, fabric choices, or adjustments to an existing design. Please contact us before ordering so we can discuss your vision and confirm all the details. Please note: customised products cannot be returned or exchanged, so we want to make sure everything is perfect before we begin.
Q: What currencies do you accept?
We accept payments in EUR (€) and CHF (₣). You can select your preferred currency on the website. All prices are displayed clearly before checkout. We are based in Switzerland, so CHF is our home currency — but EUR works just as well for our European customers!
Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Because production begins very quickly after payment, cancellations depend on timing:
- ✓Within 24 hours — Contact us right away and we'll cancel your order. A refund will be issued minus the payment transaction fee (up to 10%).
- ✕After production starts — We cannot offer a full refund. A partial refund may be possible depending on how far along production is.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries around the world. Whether you're in Europe, the Middle East, North America, or Australia — we'll get your order to you. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your country, just send us a message and we'll confirm right away.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location. After production is complete (2–3 weeks), shipping typically takes:
- –Switzerland & Europe: 3–7 business days
- –Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey!
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package every step of the way. If you haven't received your tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.
Q: Are there any customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply when your package arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are unfortunately outside our control. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering. If you have specific questions, feel free to reach out to us.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your order, but if something arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us immediately at diyana.boutique/contact with:

- –A clear photo of the damage
- –A brief description of the issue
We will do everything we can to make it right for you.
Q: Can I return my order?
- ✓Free size products — Can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- ✕Customised products — Unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically to your specifications.
Q: How do I start a return?
Starting a return is simple. Just follow these steps:

- 2Share your order number and reason for the return
- 3Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
- 4Ship it to our return address using a trackable shipping method
- 5Send us your tracking number so we can keep an eye on it
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You will need to arrange and pay for the return shipment to our address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can't be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. After that, please allow a further 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Please note that a transaction fee of up to 10% will be deducted from all refunds — this is a fee charged by our payment processor and is unfortunately non-refundable.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, the easiest path is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order. We recommend contacting us first to confirm the item you'd like is available before returning!
Q: How do I find the right size?
We have a full Size Guide on our website (diyana.boutique/size-guide) with detailed measurements to help you find the perfect fit. We recommend measuring yourself carefully and comparing to our size chart before ordering. Still unsure? Please contact us before ordering — we're very happy to help you choose the right size based on your measurements!
Q: What is a "free size" product?
Free size items are designed with a looser, more adjustable fit that works across a range of body types — typically fitting sizes S to L or similar. The product page will always specify if an item is free size. Free size products are also eligible for our 14-day return policy, which customised pieces are not.
Q: Can you make a dress to my exact measurements?
Yes! This is one of the things we love most about what we do. If you'd like a dress tailored to your exact measurements, please contact us before placing your order with your measurements and we'll take it from there. Please note that made-to-measure items are considered customised and cannot be returned or exchanged, so it's important to double-check your measurements before we begin.
Q: Can I choose my own fabric or embroidery colours?
In many cases, yes! We love working with customers to bring their vision to life. Whether you'd like a specific colour palette, embroidery style, or fabric type, get in touch with us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible. Custom fabric and colour choices may affect production time slightly, but we'll always keep you informed.
Q: How should I care for my dress?
Our handmade pieces deserve a little extra love! Here are some general care tips:
- –Hand wash gently in cold water, or use a delicate machine cycle
- –Avoid harsh detergents or bleach
- –Air dry flat — avoid tumble drying
- –Iron on a low setting inside-out to protect embroidery
- –Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
